Deep Condition Overnight

For those who claim to have no spare time to do their hair or looking for a way to cut their hair routine time down, try Deep conditioning overnight!
It's a no-brainer right?!

This method is great for busy moms like myself, those who are always on the go and for those who are looking for an intense treatment.
Here's what I do to save time:
I shower and shampoo the night before. I then apply my deep conditioner on my damp t-shirt dried hair. Put on the plastic cap and tie my satin scarf over it for security. Wake up in the morning and rinse. Apply leave-ins and air dry in a bun or you can reverse it: Deep condition on dry hair overnight then co-wash it out in the morning.
Simple!

This method is great since you don't have to constantly run in and out of the shower or sit under the dryer when you have things to do. I tend to use oils or moisture deep conditioners for the Sleep n Treat method. I would never use a protein based conditioner for this method as I would run the risk of getting hard/stiff hair.

"Dehydrates the pimple and absorbs the oil." It works for me and may work for you. Beware if you have sensitive skin though; some people report increased redness and irritation.

Instructions: Before going to bed, wash and moisturize your face as usual. Apply enough toothpaste on the pimple to cover it completely. You may experience a temporary burning sensation. Do not rinse off until the morning. I have better results with creamy toothpaste over the gel versions. If I'm going out on the town, sometimes I do this treatment for about 10 minutes, and then wash it off with water.

Additional notes: "Be careful not to use a whitening toothpaste because they tend to have high levels of hydrogen peroxide that may irritate or burn the skin."

TOOTHPASTE FOR A BURN
Use toothpaste to get the sting out of a burn.Leave the toothpaste on until it dries and you can wash off and continue to use it until the sting is completely gone.

The Truth Behind Dr.Miracle

Hi ladies! One of the things I can inform you about is that "Dr. Miracle" does NOT work. It's a scam it is great for locking in moister but it does not help your hair grow. It only tingles when you first put it on not during the process of hair growth. While it's costing $8.00 a bottle for this junk it doesn't even work. It is only a good moisturizer .Dr. Miracle makes a great scalp moisterizer though. Please feel free to add more info on reviews on products and other types of info.
